1. Acceptance
By using organlaxo.store, you agree to use the site lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
2. Nature of the service
Organlaxo is an informational publication focused on prostate-health literacy, lifestyle context and appointment preparation. It is not a clinic, pharmacy, telemedicine service, diagnostic service or emergency service.
3. No medical relationship
Reading the site, contacting it or receiving an editorial reply does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Content does not replace examination, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified professional.
4. Eligibility and emergency use
The site is intended for adults. Do not use a website form for emergencies. Complete inability to urinate, serious systemic symptoms or other urgent concerns require appropriate medical care.
5. Permitted use
You may read and use the content for personal informational purposes, save reasonable extracts for your own notes, and share links to public pages. You must not use the site to impersonate the operator, interfere with security, send malicious traffic, scrape at a disruptive scale or misrepresent content as personalised medical advice.
6. Accuracy and change
We aim for cautious, source-aware information but cannot guarantee that every page is complete, current or suitable for an individual situation. Medical and legal information changes. Pages may be corrected, expanded or withdrawn without notice.
7. Intellectual property
Site layout, original text, graphics and code are protected by applicable rights. Third-party images remain subject to their stated licences and attribution terms. IMAGE-SOURCES.txt documents the image sources used by the downloader workflow.
8. User submissions
Contact-form messages must not contain unlawful material, malware, confidential information belonging to someone else, or unnecessary sensitive medical records. You remain responsible for the information you choose to send.
9. Affiliate model
The declared business model is affiliate publishing. No affiliate network or monetised outbound link is currently configured. If such links are introduced, the Affiliate Disclosure will explain the commercial relationship and relevant content will be updated.
10. Third-party services
Hosting, email and any future external links or integrations are controlled by their respective providers. Organlaxo does not warrant the availability or practices of third parties.
11. No sale through this site
The current build does not provide checkout, payment processing, shipping or direct product sales. These terms therefore do not invent ordering, refund or delivery processes that do not exist.
12. Availability
The site may be unavailable for maintenance, hosting incidents, security work or technical failures. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Organlaxo is not responsible for losses arising from treating general information as personalised medical advice, delaying professional care, or relying on third-party content outside the operator’s control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove mandatory rights under applicable Kenyan law. Because the current site does not directly sell goods or services, many transaction-specific consumer provisions may not be engaged by ordinary reading of the site.
15. Governing context and disputes
The site targets readers in Kenya. Applicable mandatory Kenyan law may apply depending on the circumstances. Users are encouraged to contact the site first about website disputes so that practical issues can be investigated.
16. Suspension
Access may be blocked or limited where reasonably necessary to protect the site, users or infrastructure against abuse, attacks or unlawful activity.
17. Changes to terms
These terms may be revised when the service changes. Continued use after publication of revised terms constitutes use under the updated version, subject to applicable law.
